ASA – UV resistance and outdoor use

The improved version of ABS. ASA is weather-resistant, ideal for parts exposed to the sun or outdoors.

Technical properties:

• Tensile strength: ~45–55 MPa

• Young's modulus: ~2.0–2.3 GPa

• Elongation at break: 20–35%

• Density: 1.07 g/cm³

• Heat deflection temperature: ~95–100 °C

• Excellent UV resistance

Typical use: Signage, automotive parts, exterior accessories.
Advantages: Does not yellow, withstands UV rays and extreme weather.
